How do Animals Perceive Death
Understanding the Perception of Death in Your Pet
Animals do not fear death. They understand the natural cycle of life, including their own mortality. Each being has its own destiny, and all, including animals, experience death in various ways.
Most animals would choose to pass away peacefully at home surrounded by their family. At times, they may opt to do so without your presence as they require a smoother transition for the greater good of all. When we love our pets, we must always consider what is best for them. However, sometimes our love can transform into attachment and become a burden for our pets, hindering their ability to pass on when their physical body can no longer sustain their soul. This is why some pets endure prolonged periods of pain while bedridden because their owners energetically cling to them. Your sorrow, anxiety, and tears can cause them distress and prevent them from departing peacefully when their time comes.
When their time has come, they need to feel secure and free from concern for their owners so that they can depart in peace and love. If we love them and understand that their bodies are failing and their time has arrived, we should grant them permission to leave. Let your pet know that if they need to go, they should do so in peace, and assure them that you will always love them and take care of yourself. This will aid the animal in departing peacefully. If you require assistance, an Animal Communication session can help you bid a true farewell and comprehend your pet's needs and desires as they embark on their final journey here.
